  • Section 1, Question 21: The word “by” is no longer underlined.
  • Section 1, Question 33: Choice B has been changed to “mood, or it” to be more consistent with ACT wrong-answer styling.
  • Section 1, Question 37: Previously, answer Choice B said “(Do not begin a new paragraph.)”. The period has been removed to maintain consistency with Choices C and D.
  • Section 4, Question 29, Choice C: “things as” has been changed to “things like”.
  • Section 6, Question 4: The restriction that x>4 has been changed to x>3/2
  • Section 6, Question 7 has been reworded for clarity.
  • Section 6, Question 11 now indicates that i2=-1 to reflect recent Khan Academy exam releases.
  • Section 7, Passage 1, Figure 1, the key has been clarified to better differentiate which line is Be-7 and Po-210.
  • Section 7, Question 2 more precisely asks for the value in terms of C, not in terms of C and π.
  • Section 7, Question 15 has been reworded for clarity.
  • Section 7, Question 17 now indicates that the bases (AD and BC) have been doubled instead of AB and CD.
  • Section 7, Question 18 now shows the scale on both axes.
  • Section 8, Questions 6 through 11 had lettering issues (ABCD instead of FGHJ and vice versa) that have been resolved.
  • Solutions, Pages 96 and 97 correctly indicate that the science is Section 8, not 7.

  • Front Matter, Page iv, has been reworded for clarity.
  • Section 1, Passage I: added the word “the” before the word “paths”.
  • Section 1, Passage II: the word “magic” has been changed to “magical”.
  • Section 1, Passage III: italicize “Orange and Yellow” and “Four Darks in Red”.
  • Section 1, Passage III: reworded the fourth sentence of the second paragraph to: “Rothko believed that the rectangles of color in his work, “Four Darks in Red (1958)”, offered a new way to represent the presence of the spirits he had tried to capture in earlier works that employed actual figures.”
  • Section 2, Question 21: removed “5-4” and removed the word “personal” from answer choice B.
